You have arrived at this page because you are experiencing problems with the videos on the site

You need to check all the following points on your computer and your computer programs.

Is the version of windows you are running fully up to date

For example if you are running Windows XP you should have SP3 installed and running.

To check this click on start then control panel and then system. On the general page this will show the version number and service pack you are running.

Also make sure you have installed all the current windows updates. To check this open Internet explorer and click on tools, scroll down to windows update and left mouse click. A page will open up. Where it says keep your computer up to date click on the express button. This will check your computer against all the Microsoft listed updates. It may take several minutes to complete this and will result with a page giving you all the updates you need to install.

Also you need to check that you have the latest version of windows media player installed. The videos on the site have been recorded and uploaded in WMF

To check your Windows media player is up to date - open the program. In the top left corner to the left of the words 'Windows Media Player there is the wmp symbol (a globe with a right pointing blue arrow) If you right click on the symbol a drop down box will open up. Highlight help and then click on check for updates.

Again this may take several minutes to run the check. You will get a message box telling you that there are updates available or a message telling you that you have the latest version and there are no updates available
